Acoustic Guitars - Takamine EG260C Acoustic-Electric Guitar - TAKAMINEEG260C

Online Bajaao in India introduces the Takamine EG260C cutaway acoustic guitar with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a TP4T transducer. Takamine guitars are named after the Takamine Mountains in Sakashita, Japan. It's at the base of these mountains that Takamine guitars have been built for over 40 years! What began as a small family business has evolved into one of the leading guitar manufacturers in the world. The company opened its doors while guitar playing was gaining popularity in Japan during the early 60's. As business grew, the owners saw the need to develop their skills and attract design and manufacturing talent. One of the most important additions to the company was Mass Hirade, who joined Takamine in 1968 and made great improvements to the design and build quality.
